We are doing an LS motor swap in one of the most popular trucks out there! We are putting this awesome motor in a 1969 Chevy C10!
The motor we are installing is the LS 376/480.
Engine specifications:
* LS376/480 (376 c.i.d.)
* 495 hp @ 6,200 rpm
* 473 lbs.-ft. @ 5,000 rpm
* 10.7:1 compression ratio
That is a lot of horse power for an C10!!
Along with the the LS 376/480 we are putting in the 4L70 E automatic transmission to keep up with all those ponies!
Automatic transmission specifications:
* 4L70-E 4-speed automatic
* 5-pinion gear sets
* 3.06 first gear ratio, 0.70 overdrive ratio
* 30.75 in. long (approx.)
To make all this magic happen we are installing a complete new wiring harness, new dash board and components, new cross members and of course a custom driveline! This is going to be one fun ride when it is all done!
